Policies and Terms

Rates & Payment Methods:

Rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast. To have an extra person in the room is an additional $25/night. (Exception: the Pine Tree Room has a maximum occupancy of four people.)

A valid credit card must accompany all reservations. Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted methods of payment. One night's deposit is required when making your reservation.

The Royalsborough Inn at the Bagley House can be booked in its entirety for special events such as get away meetings, family reunions, and other special occasions (two night minimum). Special weekends are also available for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 18 people. Please call us directly for more details.

Check-In & Check-Out Procedure:

Check-in is between 4PM and 9PM. Later arrival is available by special arrangement. Check-out is at 11AM.

Cancellation Policy:

Because we are a small, family run business, cancellations significantly affect us. If you must postpone your visit, we request you reach us via phone at least 14 days prior to your reservation.

If you need to cancel your reservation after the 14 day mark has passed, you will lose your one night deposit unless the night can be resold.

Smoking Policy:

We have a smoke free enviornment. Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

Room Damage & Key Loss Policy:

Rooms will be assessed for damages upon check-out. Guests may be charged accordingly for repair costs (includes materials and services). Smoking in the rooms will be considered damage to the room and will result in repair charges.

The Innkeepers issue keys to the rooms upon check-in. If a room key is lost during the reservation duration, the guest will be charged the cost of re-keying the room upon check-out.

Pet Policy:

As there are already animals on the property, we respectfully ask that you keep all pets at home. We restrict pet presence out of respect for our current animals and livestock. 

Farm & Animal Policy:

The Namaste Alpaca Farm is located on the Inn's property. We ask that the guests do not approach, handle, or feed any of the livestock without the Innkeeper's presence and permission.

Special Accommodations:

We will always try our best to accommodate those with special needs or requests. We will also try to work with dietary needs. Please contact us beforehand if you have specific requirements, and we will work out a plan to fit your needs.

Loss of Property:

The Inn is not responsible for loss of money and/or property.

Privacy Policy:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy:

Our booking engine, SuperINN.com, uses a VeriSign Extended Validation SSL which gives Web site visitors an easy and reliable way to establish trust online. Only SSL Certificates with Extended Validation (EV) will trigger high security Web browsers to display a green address bar with the name of the organization that owns the SSL Certificate and the name of the Certificate Authority that issued it. The green bar shows site visitors that the transaction is encrypted and the organization has been authenticated according to the most rigorous industry standard.
